1. Matching Bonus – “PIOSPL” makes it possible that you will be having a large group of people who are willing to join you for business in order to reward you for your time and effort in serving and making your group grow. “PIOSPL” offers you a group point volume based income.

2. Repurchase Bonus – “PIOSPL” provides repurchase bonus to the distributors/ associates

Note :-

Repurchase bonus will be given to only those distributors who have their own repurchase in the same month.
Repurchase bonus will be calculated on your matching business volume basis
Repurchase bonus will be distribute on weekly basis

3. Leadership Bonus – “PIOSPL” Leadership Bonus will be as follows:-

Leadership Bonus will be calculated on performance basis and distributor shall be entitled for Leadership on achieving business as per above table and fulfilment of conditions as mentioned here under distributor have to –

Purchase “PIOSPL” products for minimum Rs 1000/- in every month up to 12 month continously
Take minimum one meeting every month.
Attend minimum 2 LDP in every three months.
Any other condition for which company deemed to be beneficial in the interest of business as a whole.

Distributor can also get Leadership beyond above criteria when he/she will achieve rank "Ruby".

Leadership is 3%. You will get Leadership 3% of the total business turnover in the given period.

4. Car Fund Bonus – “PIOSPL” Car Fund Bonus will be as follows:-
Once you maintain your capping of Rs. 200000/- in repurchase for 4 consecutive weeks, you will begin receiving a monthly cash allowance to use toward a new car. You can earn monthly Car Fund Bonus 2% of total business turnover.

5. House Fund Bonus – "PIOSPL" House Fund Bonus will be as follows:-
Once you maintain your capping of Rs. 200000/- in repurchase for 8 consecutive weeks, you will begin receiving a monthly cash allowance to use toward a new house. You can earn monthly House Fund Bonus 2% of total business turnover.
